Toolangi Estate Pauls Lane Chardonnay 2018 is flinty, powerful of fruit, and glorious through the finish. Grown on 23-year-old vines from a single site vineyard in Dixons Creek in the Yarra Valley of low cropped and hand-harvested of I1OV3 clone grapes on D block rows 35 -55.

The nose is spicy, with faintly floral aromas of stone fruit, grapefruit, lime juice, and coriander backed by matchstick-like oak and a hint of mineral. The palate is round and creamy, smooth, and voluptuous, with a gentle mouth-filling core of flavour and nougat-like complexity finishing with a hint of butter, gentle lemony acids, and a faint smokiness.
